We get it – sometimes things just don’t work out. Maybe the size isn’t quite right, or the style isn’t what you imagined. Whatever the reason, we’ve got your back with our hassle-free returns policy. Here’s everything you need to know to make the process as smooth as possible.

SIMPLE RETURNS FOR UK ORDERS

We offer no hassle returns for all UK orders because we want you to love what you get. If you’re not 100% happy, you can return your items within 14 days of receiving them. Just make sure the clothes are in their original condition – clean, unworn, and in original packaging.

HOW TO RETURN

  1. Drop us an email at admin@kidsvintagecompany.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. We’ll send you our return address and instructions on how to send the items back.
  3. Once we receive your package, we’ll process your refund within 2-3 working days. Easy peasy!

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

You are responsible for covering the cost of shipping your returns to us.

EXCHANGES

Want to swap for a different size or style? No problem! Just let us know in your email, and we’ll do our best to make it happen, subject to availability.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

You can still send items back to us. Just email us for return instructions, and we’ll guide you through the process.

THE SMALL PRINTS

  • Items returned after 14 days may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Mystery boxes must be returned in full – no partial returns, please.
  • We can’t accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
  • Mystery boxes that are on sale can not be returned.
