We’re all about efficiency! All orders are lovingly packed and dispatched within 24 hours of being placed. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your mystery box’s journey right to your doorstep. Please note that orders placed on a weekend will be dispatched on Monday (within 48 hours). 

NEXT-DAY DISPATCH FOR ALL UK ORDERS

Can’t wait to see what’s in your mystery box? Good news! We offer next-day DISPATCH for all UK orders. Simply place your order before 3PM (UK time), and we’ll make sure it arrives the very next day. Perfect for those last-minute wardrobe refreshes or surprise presents for your children.

We like to keep things straightforward:

  • UK Orders: Spend £50 and Next-day dispatch is FREE!

  • International Orders: We currently ship to [list of countries]. Delivery times and costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location. FREE EU express shipping is available for orders over £79.99. FREE USA/Canada express shipping is available for orders over £149.99.
